Zilco Grackle Noseband

Made from Zilco's famous synthetic strapping. Named after the 1931 Grand National winner who wore one. Sometimes referred to as a "Figure 8" noseband. Grackle nosebands offer similar benefits as a drop noseband, but are said to be less constrictive to the horse's breathing because the nose pressure is localised higher up the face. A correctly fitted grackle noseband will have the centre piece (where the straps cross) sitting approximately in line with the end of the horse's cheekbone. Black Full Size
