RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please retain your receipt as a proof of purchase. Exchanges that occur via the post or courier do so at the customer’s expense. No compensation for expenses accrued will be entertained by the Seller.

It is important to note that the customer must have written consent from sandalesaddlery.com.au before returning any goods. This consent, in the form of a Return Authority, must accompany the goods. sandalesaddlery.com.au will provide credit or exchange for goods if they do not comply with the quantity or description of the customer’s order.


Sandale Saddlery will accept the return of defective goods and arrange for the repair or replacement of such goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s conditions of warranty.
