FOUNDERGUARD is a clinically proven preventative supplement for feed induced laminitis and founder. It has been formulated to ensure delivery of the active drug to the hind gut and proven to control the build up of lactic acid in the hind gut. A small daily dose of the palatable granules allows high grain diets to be fed safely.

Founderguard is a low dose palatable pelletised antibiotic which helps protect horses from feed induced laminitis and founder in horses and ponies. It is recommended for use on horses on high grain or lush pasture diets, young horses being prepared for sale, horses with seedy toe, white line separation or poor quality hooves, or horses with a history of founder and/or laminitis.
It is important to note that laminitis may also be caused through of stress, severe infections or concussion; Founderguard will not protect against these non-dietary forms of laminitis and founder. Use only as directed on the label.
